Pemanfaatan Aplikasi untuk membuat surat gugatan/permohonan mandiri ini tidak dipungut biaya (gratis);
Aplikasi ini hanya bersifat membantu dalam pembuatan surat gugatan, TIDAK ADA JAMINAN jika menggunakan aplikasi ini gugatan anda dapat dikabulkan, karena masalah dikabulkan atau tidak tergantung dalam proses persidangan nantinya;
Ketika anda menggunakan Aplikasi ini, Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala sesuatu hal yang terjadi, Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat hanya bersifat membantu menyediakan contoh format surat gugatan, isi gugatan diluar tanggung jawab Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Pusat;
Apabila anda menggunakan Aplikasi Pembuatan Surat Gugatan secara elektronik ini, maka anda dianggap menyetujui syarat & ketentuan dalam Aplikasi ini;
Syarat & Ketentuan ini akan ditambah jika dirasa diperlukan, tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu;
B. Tata Cara Pembuatan Surat Gugatan / Permohonan Online
Ikuti langkah-langkah yang diberikan oleh system;
Setelah selesai harap koreksi Surat Gugatan / Permohonan, kemudian cetak rangkap 7 dan ditandatangani;
Cetak Virtual Account Biaya Perkiraan Panjar dan Bayar melalui atm atau ke counter Bank pada Ruang Pelayanan;
Menuju Loket Pendaftaran untuk mendapatkan Nomor Register Perkara;
